My first tooth is breaking skin!

I woke up this morning with one little tooth breaking through! Mommy noticed it when I chewed on her finger and almost cut it with my sharp little tooth! I am a little more fussy today, but Mommy told Daddy if this is as fussy as I will get they are lucky... wondering if I should fuss more???
