Now Daddy's Birthday at Nana's and Poppop's

It's been a busy weekend and we finished it out celebrating Dad's birthday at Nana's and Poppop's house. I needed a snack when I got there. I like the do things myself, so I am getting my own crackers. I don't need help from Mommy!

Then we went swimming. I LOVE swimming! I can stand and play on the stairs. I really like it.

We tried to pose for pictures. But never smiled at the same time. I don't know what's up with Mommy.

After swimming we ate BBQ for dinner and I sat at a big girl seat at the table and ate corn off the cob. I really like corn.

Swim Lessons with Daddy

Daddy was going to go into the pool with me today for swim lessons. We are always a little early, so I have to sit on the side and wait until it's time to go swimming.

I needed something to do. So I started playing.

Then I figured I could play with Daddy's name tag. I like stickers.

Hmmm.. what can I do with this??

It got all crumpled. I had to have Daddy fix the sticker for me.

Finally, I got into the pool with Daddy. I was really excited to see what toys were being brought to the pool. I only work hard for the toys.

Here is my group! I am floating on a raft and kicking so me and the little baby can move! I kicked the whole time!!!

Daddy's birthday

It's the morning of Daddy's birthday! I am cuddling with him. He likes that.


This afternoon we went to Maw Maw's house - but I wasn't feeling well, so we didn't stay long.
On Saturday we went to Granny and Grandpa's house for cake! I was fever free!

I like the chocolate cake! It's pretty! But when I was given some to eat I didn't touch it. Cake is messy!!! I don't like messy cake. I remember my first birthday party and pictures.

My new outfit!

This is my new outfits that Granny made for me! I love my new skirts and shirts.
I decided what to wear and no one could stop me! I think the outfit looks cute!

Don't make fun of my matching! It goes because I am adorable!

Watching Wonderpets

As you all know the Wonderpets are my best friends. I love them. Here are pictures of me watching the Wonderpets.

I just lay here and Mommy or Daddy can change my diaper while I watch my Wonderpets. Even Raven comes over and joins me. This is the Beetles episode.

Baby Carseat

Mommy and Daddy have been busy getting Ava's room ready. They took out my old carseat and I HAD to play in it. I am laughing at Mommy cause she is telling me I am too big for the carseat. I lifted my legs up so she can see I do fit!

21 Month Professional Pics

So Mommy and Daddy said I did not behave for these pictures! We were supposed to do family pictures first. I didn't want to be in any stinking pictures. I wanted to run free! So after trying family pictures. I was put in my stroller crying and Mommy and Daddy took pictures by themselves. I think Ava was with them!

Then they tried to get me to be part of the pictures. I said no. I wanted to stay in my stroller with my paci and blankey! They finally took me out against my will. I don't get to control anything!!! So I made sure I held onto my paci and blankey!

They tried a few times to take my paci and blankey, but I was quick! Well, quicker than the photographer!

Then they went to change the colors! They had covered up the doorway so I couldn't escape without going through the curtain. I said "thanks" and TOOK OFF! But then I ran into Lori from daycare in the hallway and I said hi and ran back to dad. I didn't want her to know I was being rotten! Then they got me to sit on a stool. I liked the stool, so I was ok sitting on it.

They used the flower to convince me. I wasn't happy yet!

Then Mommy and Ava came to take pictures with me. They told me to give Ava the flower. I tried really hard to stick the flower on Ava, it just would not stay!
