Halloween

Getting ready for Trick a Treating!!!  I picked out our costumes.  I am a princess and Ava is a kitty cat.  We both got to go to Mommy's room and put on makeup to get ready for Halloween. 

 Don't we look so pretty!  We liked looking at ourselves in the mirror. 

 We left the house at 6:00 to start Trick-a-Treating, but there was no one outside yet.  We played in the driveway for a little bit and then walked down our street and towards the Southside of the street before we found houses to go too. 

 Ava gave Mommy a really funny face.

 I wanted Ava to hold my hand.  She did for a few seconds and then she wanted to walk on her own. 

 Ava walked the whole time.  We walked three whole streets.  On the way to the third street she decided to sit down and rest.  I didn't need to rest, but I sometimes sat in the middle of the street and looked at the puddles.  I was mad I couldn't do what I wanted and I was a sad princess. 

 When we got back to the house it got dark.  We sat in the back of Mommy's car and passed out candy and ate our two pieces.  Ava ate her candy, but I didn't like any of it.  I gave people BIG handfuls of candy.  Then we had to go back into the house and go to bed.

Pumpkin Patch 2011

We went to a new Pumpkin Patch this year.  It had lots of nice pumpkins.  I walked around and touched/hugged each pumpkin.  I had a lot of fun. 

 Talia was more selective with her hugging of pumpkins.  She only hugged two pumpkins. 

 Daddy helped me sit on a pumpkin.  I thought it was really funny. 

 I also tried to pick up a few pumpkins.  I dropped one, but was able to get this one picked up.

 This is the pumpkin we took home to carve.  Talia and I picked it out.  It was just the right size for Talia to carry. 

Day 3 - Homecoming Game

We woke up and got ready for the Homecoming Football Game.  I needed to take my penguin everywhere with me.  So I had Mommy wrap him up and he stayed warm. 

 After breakfast we found a market in downtown and went walking around.  It was pretty and I decided to take a nap.

 Then at the game, I was able to stay in the stands for the first quarter.  I then got bored and Mommy had to take me and walk around.  I did got back up in the third quarter and slept on Granny through the fourth quarter.  But, at least they won!

Oregon - Day 2

Day 2

We went to a winery.  Everyone but Grandpa and me got to have wine.  I only had my sippy cup.  But at least I got to taste some good cheese and crackers. 

 I got to pose in the GIRLS picture. 

 Uncle Brian walked around with me.  He understood my need to move around.

 Aunt Sarah helped dress me up!  I liked her sunglasses. 

 It was really pretty here too!

On my way to OREGON

On my way to Oregon to see Uncle Matt, Uncle Brian and Aunt Sarah.  We have lots of flying to do today with Mommy, Granny and Grandpa.  On the first leg I was assigned a seat in first class all by myself.  So I was nice and gave it to Grandpa, since I would rather hang out with my Mommy.  I really liked sitting in my own seat and having a seat belt on.  It was lots of fun for the short 1 hour flight. 

 Then we got on another plane for a three hour flight and I got to sit between Mommy and Grandpa.  They almost tried to give my seat away, but Mommy reminded them, we paid for it and it was MINE! I ate a lot of ice this trip.  Mommy and Grandpa kept putting things in my snack cup for me to dig out.

 We then had a layover in Denver.  We came in at gate B10 and had to go to B86.  It took a long time to get there.  But we made it and even stopped for a few minutes to order lunch.  Yes, I know my hair is crazy, but I have been up since 4am. 

 The last trip was a small plane for 3 hours.  I didn't want to miss anything, so I did NOT sleep.  It's now about 5pm in Florida and 2pm in Oregon.  I have not slept and there is lots of neat stuff going on.

 She found PACIS!  She came out with 3 of them.

My new Purple earings

I lost one of my earings, so Mommy got me new purple ones.  I then lost those and have since requested green ones.  I hope she finds some that will not come out of my ears easily.

I am trying to perfect my sumersaults.  I know I still need work, but I am getting there.  At least I have a soft place to practice. 

I am also learning to climb my crib.  I can almost climb in it, but I haven't tried to climb out of it yet.  I will soon!  And then I won't sleep in a toddler bed because I can escape!

Talia is a PRINCESS

I AM A PRINCESS!!  And no one can tell me otherwise! I have princess shoes, jewerly, crown and dresses!  LOTS and LOTS of dresses.  Mommy found them for me.  Don't I just look so PRETTY! 

I love all my dresses!  I even sleep in them!
